Integrative, trauma-informed therapy tailored to your needs

 Therapist Shannon Dwyer, M.A.Ed., LMHCA offers therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Her work is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.


Relational & Person-Centered Therapy

Therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotions, relationships, and life experiences with empathy and respect. This work may include understanding how past relationships continue to influence current patterns, coping styles, and sense of self.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, therapy can help identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and support emotional regulation.


Mindfulness & Nervous System Awareness

Stress and trauma can affect both emotional and physical wellbeing. Therapy may include mindfulness and awareness of stress responses to support grounding, self-awareness, and emotional regulation during difficult experiences and transitions.
