An Integrative Therapy Approach

Shannon’s work is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed, emphasizing collaboration and recognizing each person as the expert on their own life. Her work draws from person-centered talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and nervous system awareness to support insight, emotional regulation, and growth.

Working Together
